Paragon Adventure Park to be bulldozed for airport

Not sure if any of you guys are aware, but the land owner took the operators of Paragon to court to void their lease on the land. They won. Paragon's last days of operation will be this Saturday and Sunday Feb. 3rd & 4th. The court order states they have to vacate the property by Monday. The land is worth $30,000,000. and the owners sold it to a developer to build a cargo airport. The last hurdle was getting Paragon's 25 year lease voided and since the owners included a lawyer and polititians, they lost before the court battle even started.
Paragon has lowered the admission this weekend to $5/vehicle. We're all going for a last hoorah......they expect about 500 trucks. I know it's short notice, but if anyone is interested in going, this is your last chance.

Horrible news....

I'm really disappointed. I had a ball there with the F150online gang.

Was hoping to go back this year.

Well it looks like they won't offically close the park until everything is final. So who knows how long the court proceeding will last. But we could go to Tellico off road park on the North Carolina and Tennesse border. Alitte bit of a drive for some but its a idea.
