oem sub woofer problem

Okay, I have a subwoofer underneath the seat of my 06 SCrew and the Navigation radio, all OEM. for some reason, the sub does not work. When i do the 3/6 diagnostics that are built into the radio, it says the subwoofer is "enabled" and when doing the "walk around speaker test", the sub comes on but does not play when using the radio or disc play. all of this is (the sub and nav unit) are oem and have been added by me. my truck did have the sub wiring harness. any ideas?
thanks in advance

I recommend bringing it in to dealer even though you installed these things yourself.
Bring it in for an oil change, tire rotation, ect....
They appreciate you bringing them some business and ask to see service manager. Tell him what's going on with your sub and ask if he can check it out for you.
I'm confident he will fix problem for you.
