Electrical noise filter????

I have just installed 2 DVD monitors in my truck alongnwith a DVD player. Now I am getting some kind of electrical interfernce on the video(slight static when video is playing). Did some troubleshooting and it's coming from the battery. Is there some kind of noise filter that I can splice in to the power for the dvdplayer??

I appreciate any help guys

I may have an answer for you, but I must check my notes and pix's to see if there are there. My issue was resolved, but I don't remember taking pix's of the modification.
