I'm looking for assistance with my timing chain tensioner replacement. I've taken off all the accessories I just need help setting the engine to TDC and locking the cams in place.

The truck will be in the garage while the work is being done so no worries about the cold.

I had to replace a valve and spring in my 04. The hardest thing will be getting off the intake and timing chain cover. Once you get that done it isn't too bad. Where are you located.
