How much clearance do you have between the spindle and the tire using those stock 20s? I'm running 35 and am running into issues with them rubbing my fabtech spindle.

Hey man, I was reading the thread about making the fogs stay on with the high beams and saw that you bought another relay just in case. I want to buy one also and was wondering if you remember how much you paid for it. Thanks. John

Hi! Yes, I fabbed the auxillary switch panel myself. I have more details with pics when you click the following link: http://www.thejonesfarm.com/TruckWeb/2006%20F-150/06_f150_interior.htm
To remove the ashtray... I think (it was about a year or so since I did it) I removed the center console piece (the section that goes around the stereo and temp controls that looks like carbon fiber in the FX4 trim, gently pry it off) and that revealed two screws that held the ashtray in. (As I said, I'm pretty sure that's what it was.. been a while.) It was actually a pretty easy mod. Got the Lexan from Lowes (.22") and cut it to size. (I recommend getting the little knife like cutting tool for about a dollar that is next to the Lexan at Lowes. You use this to create a groove on the Lexan until its deep enough to break along the line without fracturing the plastic. Have to be careful drilling the mounting holes that are close to the edge. Start with a small bit and I'd recommend a high speed with next to nothing for pressure.. let the bit do the work. The plastic will break easy at the edges. I ordered the switches on ebay... they are pretty expensive at Advance Auto and I got them for a fraction of the price online. If you have any questions or need help along the way, just let me know.
