I live north of Denton and used a shop up in Gainesville to do it. It was $75 to install and took about an hour to do it. So with that and the $125 for the parts, it ended up being right at $200 for the entire setup. It wasn't a mandrel bend but a "crush" bend, which I found out is different than the "wrinkle" bend that I was worried about. It makes the tube slightly oval in shape but doesn't affect it really. Besides, I'm probably lowering my truck soon so you won't even see it, just the tips sticking out.

Which shop did you wind up using for the mandrel bent deal? Also, what town is it in? I am looking for a good shop up here and you seem to be happy with the guys you used.
