Thanks Hash...I got them from BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com and are SIMPLE to install. Link is here but I don't see flare side listed. You might call them or EGR to verify. Shipping was fast! I had a problem with the hardware kit, two rear kits where sent with mine, but I called EGR and had one the next day. They fit great and coverage is about 2"-2.25"

Hey bro I like how the EGR's look on your truck. I've been wanting to get some new flares I was wondering where you got yours from? Where they hard to install?

    rm,
Does it "wobble" (steering wheel side to side at any speed) or "vibrate" (steering wheel shudder/vibrate at high speeds)? A wobble usually (in my definition) would be more than likely a bad tire or wheel but a vibration (in my definition) would be balance. Balance usually can't be felt at low speeds, say under 30-40 mph. If this wobble/vibration comes when applying the brakes, a rotor has been warped and has too much run-out which is usually caused from tightening the wheels too tight and/or un-even by not following correct tightening sequence or HARD stops on hot brakes.

*Edit: I just re-read your message...but the same holds true.

    Any pics yet?

I am having a a balance issue right now, but it's time to get them re-balanced anyway so I would expect it. I am also having a brake pulsing (steering wheel wobble on braking) but I am hard on brakes. I'm fixing that issue when my other IWE gets here. I'll do it all then.

I went with 17x9 with 285/70/17 (33") BFG's and a 2" AS leveling kit. I use a Superchips TirePaq to adjust the speedo so the transmission shifts like stock. I think it's just right. I like the 6" kits but not sure I want to make such a permanent mod. I know guys do 35's with the leveling kit but in my case, 3.55's and a tire that big would kill my power. If you have 3.73's with the FX4, you would prob. be fine.

    Hey man,

What size tires and rims did you go with? Also did you put a leveling kit on, if so what size. I have a stock 05 FX4 that i want to put some bigger tires on without doing a huge lift. any suggesstions?

No problem! If you look at the top right corner of the forum, where it says welcome, you'll see a notification area of messages etc. If you have any, it will show how many and link to see them, all in bold.

That pic is my old garage in TN and when I put the leveling kit and tires on, I was pretty nervous after I jacked it up/on stands because I was right against the opener with no leveling yet and the old 255's barely off the ground. It worked out and I could actually park it in there daily. I did bend my antenna end from hitting the door header and the boxed floor beam above so much. :)
