I have the 5.4 motor in my truck with a superchips tuner and i get 13 MPG mixed on performance setting. i wouldnt put 35's if you towed alot or really heavy loads often. but for everyday driving it isnt too bad. the truck still pulls pretty good.

hey i am thinking about putting 35/12.5" tires on my truck, and i was woundering if i had to regear. i saw that you have the same gearing as I do (3.55) and was woundering how it was without regearing. My truck is a dail driver so i dont want to destroy it, is it alot of strain on your tranny, what kind of gas milage are you getting? Thanks alot for your help.
