    No, there are 7, 10mm bolts that go through the valence and the bumper that attach the valence. And then there should be 3 clips that hold the rubber air damn that goes under the fan in the center of the truck.

    In order to put on your lower valence bumper, did you remove your bumper?
    If so, can you walk me thought it?
