Thanks for noticing the truck. I have painted the emblems, wheels, toolbox, and the wiper cowel. For the emblems i got a good idea on this thread:
http://www.f150online.com/forums/app...lack-mods.html and I basically used some 97 cent walmart spray paint and some clear coat. I used some sandpaper. and roughed up the surface on them and then put like 5 or 6 light coats on them and like 3 or 4 coats of the clear. It was pretty easy Just make sure you let it dry completely before you take off the newspaper. I messed up the first one and had to redo it.
I painted the wheels using Krylon Fusion black satin. And do this the same way with the emblems. 5 or 6 light coats of paint and then 2 or 3 coats of clear.
And before you paint either of them make sure you clean them real good. I just used some soap and water.
And with the toolbox me and my buddy just used cheap spray paint in our school parking lot. Nothing special.
