There are 2 6mm bolts at the bottom of the panel, take those out. Pull the little plastic piece off the door handle, revealing two 8mm bolts. Take those out too. Now pop the window button panel using a big flat screw driver and pulling up hard. Use force, it will feel like it will break but it wont. Disconnect all the plugs. There is a single 10mm bolt, remove that. Once all the bolts are out, lift straight up vertically on the plastic panel and it will pop right off.
