Sounds good on the gears. If you're about to make a buy and just would like to check and see if "my guy" has them cheaper, just let me know and I can put you in touch with him.

As for coilovers, you should be able to get some pretty cheap if you went with something like Fabtech overstocks. I believe they're something like $280 a piece; it's worth considering IMO.

Actually, I am looking at some Yukon 4.88's. The extra deep gearing will help my truck get going, since I got the tiny little 4.6. Plus, I tow the sami, so, figured anything would help.

Actually, we now have a gear vendor. Able to get gears, and all misc parts required. Kinda nice being able to source it ourself. But, still might be interested to see what sbchris can offer. money is money, and I'll save it where I can !

Glad the truck is still runnin strong. Shoot, with my 35" tires and 6" lift, I pretty much rub the same way you do, or it sounds like it. Smashing into a driveway, or hitting a bump real hard at full lock. I did some more grinding to try and clear it. helped some. But sure wish I had those coilovers ! Someday.... hopefully. lol

Yeah that SD is a pretty legit lookin' all murdered out. I stuck with the trooped out roush though. Hadda do it.

Good to hear things are goin well. What gears you lookin' at? If you haven't found them anywhere just yet, I can put you in touch with who sbchris and I went through so you can see what he's able to do for ya. Just let me know. I've seen mSal's truck and it's pretty clean. I believe him and I have the same amps but he mounted his behind the rear seats if I'm not mistaken.

My trucks runnin great. Thanks again for all the great work. I've noticed that my tires up front rub just a hair whenever I hit a driveway too quickly or I'm completely cranked and hit a pot hole makin a u-turn. Thing about that is that my coilovers are barely cranked (something like 1" of threads when they suggest starting off at 3/4"). Not too shabby. Thinkin of crankin them a little when it comes time for a tire rotation pretty soon so I can just align them then as well.

For sure man. Yours, honestly, was the best lookin truck up there. That superduty sure is nice, but gotta dig the white truck/black rims.

Anyways, shop is doing great. Got a good amount of work in. Trying to free up some space, so i can finally regear my truck. Then my buddy Marc (mSal on this board) needs his truck regeared. So, I am keepin busy. How about you ? And how's the truck ???
