yes sir, did primer but before that i'd lightly sand with a brand new dish washing sponge, that's right , use the green scouring side of sponge. cause sand paper too coarse. then primer and then spray with kryon satin black, don't use flat black it will fade over time. good luck, brah. ALOHA!

hey bro qick question i am new to the boards and like ur truck but am trying to get ifno on all the manual mods people make themselves and was wondering when u painted ur decals dide u have to spray them with a primer first then the black and did u hit it with clear after? and what is it they say u have to sand down? thanxs for ur help
