Rear gears. Nothing you can do to the transmission to increase low end torque.
Well, I take that back - maybe a higher stall speed torque converter. If you are going to be doing any mods like that, you should get a custom tune, as the PCM controls both the engine and transmission.

thanks for your reply. did you mean the gears in trans or rear end? my trans is tore down right now. i would like to tell the tech what i would like to do now. i have been told that i can not put a lower 1st gear in the trans.
