When you are nominated, then send you an invitation and you have to either accept or decline. If you accept, they ask you to tell them which picture you want to use. If you want to use a different picture, you upload it and tell them to use that picture.

Quick question. When they nominate you for TOTM, do they pick a picture from your gallery or give you the opportunity to go out and take one of your current set-up? (In case some of your gallery ones are old/)
