man that is to bad, but i guess that is the thrill of archery hunting, at least you saw some, there was this one night that i was surrounded by 4-5 bull elk and they were bugling and it was awesome just couldn't get a shot....

whats up man, just got back yesterday. This was one of the most fun, but frustrating hunts ive ever been on! We saw some huge bulls that were just one or two steps away from getting whacked. i did get a couple of shots off but idk what happened. so yeah i didnt get one either. my buddy got a decent 5x6 though. we werent hunting deer but saw some monsters too.

damn, didn't shoot anything saw a couple of bull elk but couldn't get a shot of with the bow :( i did shoot a nice 4 point buck but never found it so it wasn't that good of a hunting week for me, what about you how did you do?

hell yeah, there have been some record bulls taken here. i'll post some pics too, hopefully not just of the truck, haha.

that is cool there are some good eld down there in AZ... i will post pictures if i get anything hopefully i will seen a couple big bucks two nights ago now i just need to get in the right spot to get them...

damn thats a short time for both. Ive got a deer tag too, but its rifle in Nov/Dec. Im from SE AZ, our elk hunt is near a town called Alpine, AZ near the New Mexico border. Our deer hunt is just about 200 miles north of the mex border, also near the border of NM. Good luck on both!! Hope to see some trophy pics on here!

that's what i am going to hunt i got a archery deer and bull elk tag that i need to fill before september 12, hopefully i fill both tags.... where are you from/hunting?
