    No, I have never had anything like that happen. Something is wrong, maybe with the unit. I would call or email customer service about it.

    Bluejay... have you ever had " Engine failure safe mode "come up when you change levels on your edge. it comes up on my cluster. i have to input the level i wish to use twice to get it to work.Do I need to return it to stock/unplug it 'and start all over agian?

    For the tires, the manual says that for 37s use 2951mm. With a lift, I would probably start the shift pressure at +9 or even less, maybe +6 and see how I like it.
    WOT shift points 1-2= 5200 2-3= 5200 3-4= 4800
    Max RPMs 5600
    If you run 93 on level 3, bump timing +1
    WOT Fuel 1.5
    I leave normal shifts alone
    Be sure and enter your correct gears.

    Bluejay.I was reading in the forms how you help sunshine with his edge evo. i hope this is ok to ask you.i also have a edge evo, my setup is a 04 f150 4x4 on a 6" fabtech running on nitto 37's mdg's with an AF1 intake.will the spec's you gave him be ok for me to run? and i was woundering what i should change my tire size to in custom settings..if you could help that would be great' if not no biggie....ty
