The actuator is just a collar that goes inside the hub. I am not sure how you're going to get that out, ask if it's pressed in there.

Hey, I know it's not much, but I would be willing to take $1200 + shipping if you are interested.

The three tires have 4/32nd maybe 5/32nd tread left?? The wheels are in good condition. Like I said some minor curb rash on one, and a few scratches on the others, but unless you are up close looking at the wheel you don't see them.

it's not hard at all. I can do one in about an hour and a half now taking my time. It's just unbolt and bolt back in. You will need to remove a few suspension parts though. Look for a thread on it, I just replaced another one of mine last month and I still cannot remember what exactly needs to be removed. I do know the upper and lower control arms can stay in place, the half shaft should not need to be removed either. Sometimes you need to bang the bastard out of there, it was lodged into my spindle pretty good (rusted).

3 good tires and one flat. I would guess with the weight probably 200ish?

it's just causing more resistance, less gas milage/power. Your half shaft on your other side should be spinning the opposite direction if your diff is working right. And your front driveshaft is also spinning, which is attached to the tcase. Hopefully your front driveshaft is spinning the same speed as your rear, if not it might be causing damage to your tcase. I really would not run with the hub locked unless you remove your half shaft on that side, your cv shafts and hubs are worth ruining over your tcase.

You can test it by applying vacuum to that side hub only (apply vacuum to other side hub and plug tube with pencil). See what you hear while drive now. Then remove vacuum to pass side hub and see what you discover, removing vacuum actually locks the hub.

Hey, your hub is already bad. Find out which one it is, it should be audibly clear which one it is. It's a simple replacement procedure. You can get a used one for about 100 bucks on car-part.com. Let me know what you need.
