Tune was written back in 06. Sal is out of business so all I know is that according to other tuners it was common practice to disable IAT. Don't know why just what I have heard.

The truck always passed emissions when it was sniff tested. Now all they do is read the OBDII. My original code was written by Sal with Power Surge. Well, Sal disabled the inlet air temp sensor so the OBDII does not run the diagnostics necessary to complete the emissions checks (tests not run under 0 or over 95 deg F inlet air temp). So, as far as I know there is no reason the truck wont pass except for the fact that the OBDII is not completing its tests.

Truck is 01, with complete 01 L blower, manifold, injectors, a 10 PSIG pulley, high perf fuel pump, monster trans, high flow magnaflow cats, and true duals.

Built - KTrostel from StL. Having problems with my current tune - won't pass StL emissions inspection. I know you do you own programming. Who/how did you get started programming your own OBDII? What tuner did you get? A Base tune or did you just tune by Dyno? Any info would be a great asset. Thanks.
