Love the truck, I have seen a pic of your truck somewhere with a traction bar before, did you make it or buy it. Your truck looks like a stock height truck and I've been trying to find one for my truck and wondering if you could help me out.

    Hi Built,
I am going to replace the whole drivers side lash adjusters and I know you have done this in the past....questions, did you reuse the retaining clip that holds the cam follower to the adjuster? Did you use a specialty tool (from Ford, or generic) to hold the valve spring down?

    thanks in advance

10.2:1. Thank you. I'm trying to figure out how to best replicate the 4.6 that a 2001 F-150 Supercrew we test drove had in it. I drove it pulling a trailer, for the first 60 miles of the tankful, drove the rest of the rest of the tank and on re-fueling discovered an MpG average of over 15 still!! I was impressed!! I realize just throwing a set of PI heads on won't do it, but what else would I need? A proper set of pistons? What is the static compression of a fully PI motor? Maybe I could get away with the right pistons, but then I'm REALLY starting to get into $$$.

    Thanks

    Alan
