Used to have one just like it - sort of (87 XL 4x4).
Was a Great Truck! Fairly easy to work on and parts were plentiful.
Not sure what you want to do with yours - what you want it to do and what capabilities you want to have. Yours looks 2WD, but if you want to give it a little better off-road capability, remove the rear anti-sway bar and install some sort of traction rear diff ('posi' or a 'locker'). That will give you better rear axle articulation over un-even terrain, keeping both tires on the ground, and a traction diff will keep both tires churning. Works well.
If you just want a 'street truck' - forget what I said about removing the sway-bar (keep it on) and just do the traction diff.
