I went with the Skyjacker 1.5" for two reasons, it was on sale for like $110 with free shipping and it is the long leaf and not the short one that makes your truck rough.
The grill is a FX2 grill, for a while you could buy them off of eBay for $35 without the outer shell. I went with the Hella 700's because they were closer in size with the headlights than the 500's and they also put out a little more light. Anything you put behind the grill is going to be limited but they look cool.
Yea it's a 4x4 Lariat. I need to post up some new pics one of these days, still got the twenty's for summer but running chrome 17's with KM2's this winter and I added an ARE topper which really changed the looks. Besides being very functional, I really like the looks also. Hopefully the snow will melt and the temp will get above 3 so I can take some pics.
Hey man sweet truck! Is it a 4x4? I'm bout to put the same level kit and AALs on my truck and your's look GOOD. I just don't know if yours is a 4x4 if it starts higher than mine.
So Ok gret info. Thank U! The rims I am looking at are 20x9 with a 5" backspace and I just wanted to make sure with the tires I go with I wont have a rubbing issue with out having to install a level kit.
On these trucks the backspace/offset is critical. My rims are Incubus 20x9 with 6" backspace and 285/65/20 tires which are 11.5 wide and 34.6 tall. With a 2.5" level kit they do not rub and work great. Tires/Rim package may be for sale if I decide to go with a bigger lift. Tires have about 8K on them and the rims are spotless.
Dog'em sweet truck! I have been looking into putting new wheels & tires on my truck. I have the stock 20's with Cooper 275.60.20 with no rubbing. Will the back space or the offset affect anything? I dont have leveling kit or anything on it. What kind of rims are yours?
