    Usually the bolts snap, those manifolds won't break, their pretty heavy cast. But the bolts, - yea, they always snap, specially in the rear by the firewall.

    sweet! thanks a lot. i've got an exhaust tick coming from the manifold area and im hoping the manifold itself is cracked! - time for headers!

    Yea, your 01 should have PI heads, - the 99 didn't. No worries, their all the same on the exhaust side. So your good

    Hello JBrew, I know you were one of the first guys to use the Champion plugs, what exactly happened, they all started miss-firing? Also you mentioned something about heat ....."Yes but Champions can't disburse the heat correctly, therefore STILL a mistake to run in these modulars. Post up when you get your first misfire, lets see how long they last you." ..... I'd like some insight, I've never heard anything about heat-range. Regards, Ed

    thnaks again for your help with my 2001 4.6- funny thing is- it ran fine this morning on my 12 mile trip into work- no engine light on, no sputtering- it was cool 54 degrees at 7 this am, I'll see what happens when the temp hits 85 today- he did replace the ignition coil, are ther individual coils as well? sorr y to sound stupid, but I'm just not taht up on the engine-thanks again!
