Do you still like your sportcover? I'm thinking of getting one just not sure.

Well in that case my setup is ideal. I'm not going to lie to you it will set off car alarms, but it's not all that droney in the cab. There is a resonance at 65MPH but you won't hear it unless you are climbing heavily. Very deep, throaty tone. The sound travels far for sure. I'm guessing the cat-forward setup will make it a lot louder, but you'll need to run true DI/DO to get the most from the exhaust setup you're planning.

When I put on my LT Sport aluminum tonneau it made it even quieter in the cab, so that would be my suggestion as well.

Make sure the x-muffler is set back as far as possible. Or go with 2. Wouldn't that be awesome QI/QO. LOL!

i think it will fit because there are several other people with the same system on there truck that i have encountered. I'm prolly gonna need to have the shop do some bending and welding and such to get the x pipe on there. i dont wanna set of car alarms i just want quality sound with no droning. Its more of a performance set up because i plan on adding a roush charger and several other componets to the engine. Its gonna be rather spendy, but its worth it.

The truck came with just about every mod minus the exhaust:

Roush Suspension

DIDO 3" Magnaflow cat back exhaust

The rest is mainly cosmetic:

Chrome Roush trim kit
Roush floormats
Roush billet aluminum pedals
Badges, etc (included in the Sport package)

Hey Roush -- what size rubber are you running on your rims?

I have 22's on my truck right now, but have always felt as if the look was a little too "urban" for my tastes. I'm thinking about going with the 20's Roush rims instead, and some rubber that has a little more sidewall to it.

Thanks! Not sure about mixing. If you look at the way suspensions work the springs and shocks go hand in hand. From a standpoint of physics, changing damping rates can make or break a suspension. Many companies make performance shocks to complement stock springs, which have a completely different spring rate to eibach and roush springs.

I believe the Eibach kit has a 3" shackle for the rear unless you get the front/rear spring combo. If you're using the stock rear springs, they are going to really mess with your sport shocks. Soft stock springs with agressive shocks will make for a bouncy ride. We're talking "skip to my loo" on rough roads because the spring constant is low but the damping is high.

The Roush springs are actually different. They are 3" shorter and stiffer and are tuned to the billsteins that come with it. If you do have the eibach kit with front and rear springs, all you really need to round out the package is to get the swaybar kit from roush and a shock set that is tuned for the eibach kit. Eibach recommends the pro-damper kit 35112.840. I would go with what they know to be tuned to the suspension kit.

Otherwise if you have the shackle kit, go with the roush rear shocks and springs. Then go with the eibach struts up front that match the springs up front.

You mentioned it's mostly about the springs and not as much the shocks. well, the eibach 2/3 kit i already have on the truck has progressive springs so that's a t least a good start. do you think since the roush is a 2/3 drop and so is my eibach would the roush(bilstein) shocks fit up well?
