In response to your thread regarding a backup camera. Yes I do have the Alpine HCE-C105 camera connected to my Alpine IVA-W505 head unit. It works quite well in any lighting situations. I have a full 7 inch diagonal view when my truck is placed in reverse. I can also select the review camera while driving forward. I find it a much better solution when backing up rather than sensors. Most review cameras that I checked out really distort the image due to their wide angle view, not so with Alpine. If you look closely at the license plate near the top of the fir tree in the middle you can see the camera.

I am waiting the new frame mount by Alpine. It should be in by the end of the month. I would certainly purchase this camera again. It is well worth the price...

    Hey Tan Scab,
My driveshaft clucks too; just like you described. I know a guy who knows a guy that works in an engineering position with Ford. This is a problem quite common with the 2004 F150 & Ford is aware of it. The problem is the drive shaft is either slightly too long or short; I don't remember which but it causes symptoms like slop in the drive train.
I have adjusted my driving habits as the expense of repair would be more than I want to deal with.
When I checked into a fix for this sometime ago; you'd have to order a custom made driveshaft.
    I have a 2004 FX4.
    Good Luck
    Tom
