I used plain old flat aluminum stock from Home Depot. It's cheap and easy to bend. I think the stuff I used was 1" wide x 1.4" thick.

yea.. three inch body lift witha leving kit on the front end (pain in the ass). but the rims are the ****cepek dc1. they are 16's with the nitto terra grappler tires. size on those are 305 i believe.. if you measure it is measures like 34.6 but round to 35. i like it. cost an arm and a leg but its worth it to me. and i added cab lights to the top. hard to tell in the pictures bu they are the ford smoked light.. i like those a lot. thanks man!

Thank You... It was a pretty easy mod to do. I just wanted to be careful of the 'blind wall' for drilling and fastening on the front bulkhead. I used heavy sheetmetal screws for this, which seem plenty strong to hold the Jack (I can stand on them). If the sheetmetal fatigues over time, I'll figure out a way to back them with bolts, nuts, and washers.
The Jack also serves as a guard against loading Motorcycles and ATVs, reinforcing the bulkhead and protecting the rear of the cab/window.
I placed the mounts 40" apart so I could mount a 48" HiLift if ever necessary - though can't imagine why I'd want to if a 60" was available.
Like I said - having one always on-board with 80' of chain makes be braver :-)
