I think some of these cabs for sale are stripped bare so everything in mine would have to be transferred over. I think to repair mine would be alot of sheet metal work. Like you said the bed is no sweat

Hi there I was directed to you for a personal question. I have a 1997 f150 X-cab 4X4 that the rust ate the crap out of the last two winters (calcium chloride). I thought about replacing the cab and box since I only use the truck sparingly. It has a good engine,trans, transfer case and driveline. How big is the hassle changing over a cab? Is there any registration problems?

I was looking at your build, Nice.. How were you dropped before you decided to go with bags? It didnt look like you had C Notchs with it, so did it bottom out bad? Thanks for any info.

they relocated it in the same area but lower and on its side behind the rim, looking at the face of the rim behind it between the rim and engine. they sprayed it with rubber stuff to protect it.
