I could really use your help. I am going to be doing a V10 swap in my Expo this fall and any documentation would be greatly appreciated. I have a 5.4L currently with 210,000 miles. Currently theres nothing wrong with the motor but with the high miles and I storm chase I need an engine with more power and better fuel economy. Any diagrams or photos will help in the process since it will only be me and a fiend doing all the work.

Hey started my own V10 swap! still getting a few things together, just wondering how much room there is for headers? I could always put the motor in and find out myself but why do that when i can just ask lol

Running great. I am working on a write to put all of the info in. As far as the expy............couldn't be happier. I have a few kinks to work out but being lazy. I need to finish the VSS hookup, and install the transimission dipstick. other than that, its done. Way more power, better get up, and MPG is about the same. I will be adding a SC soon and need to convert the old 5.4 two and a half inch exhaust over to 3 inch. All in all, i couldn't be happier, especially with this easy of a swap.

How's your expy? You should do an updated thread on how its running and all that. Im really interested in your swap and am curious in how its working out for you.

Looking for directions for this swap. I have a 2000 Exp... Any help I would be grateful..

Hey been reading your v10 swap thread, pretty bad ass. But I have a question maybe you could help me out. I have a 99 Expo, and found a engine from a 2004 expo with a 5.4 with ECM harness complete! But would like to know if thats all im gonna need to swap this sucker in place of the original 4.6. All help is appreciated !
