There was a loss of power, the place I notice it mostly is the ability to pass on the highway. I didn't re-calibrate but it's only off about 3mph.

No programmer or gears yet, currently running the factory 3:73's. Eventually I'll go with some 4:56's and a programmer.

Leave the reflector in there. Did you get any pics? I guess I started a pretty cool trend, and you're welcome.

I have the V-LEDS plate along with the the highest powered reverse LED's they have. Tons of light. I tow a pretty big sailboat around and like having lots of light for backing up, of course, but if something happens and I need to work on the trailer or boat.
I used to have the White Night set up but it was cheap, hokey and didn't put out nearly the same light spread as my current set up.
I have the chrome frame and wouldn't recommend it. It has pitted so will change out with the black plastic next time I'm up V-LEDS way. I'm thinking about adding two of their 9" - 5 LED bars under the bumper for additional spread and toggling the whole thing with a switch up front. More light than you probably need but I like being able to see when I'm stuck and to be able to see around the boat if backing up.
    I hope this helps!

Right, you'd need two kits if you want them for your heads and fogs.

Yes the HID kits are in the stock headlamps and stock fog lamps, they are made by a company called Ztech HID. I bought both kits from amazon.com totaling about $200 and installed them myself in a couple of hours. Check the sylvania bulb guide on their website for bulb styles/sizes.

No problem, happy to help. I used a kit from hidextra.com and went with the 6000k kit. I've bought 9 kits from him and I've never had an issue with any of them. Actually have another kit on the way for my Hella 700's. I've ran HID's in my Lightning, 06 Z71, 04 SS Silverado, 05 Chrysler 300 C and this truck, I don't think they look ricer at all.

One other thing about them being in the stock headlights. I'm lifted so you would think the glare would be unbearable for other drivers. Nope, they are aimed down, still shine farther than other vehicle's factory lights and I've never been flashed.
