Thanks, The night before you do it spray up the rubber hangers with WD-40 or liquid wrench. What I ended up doing was unbolting the rubber exhaust mounts and pulled the whole exhaust out in one piece. If you cut the exhaust out it would be a lot easier and faster. Good luck it really isnt that hard.

Excellent! Hmm, you know I am not sure. I have never heard of that being done, but it probably wouldn't hurt just to be safe. I don't think it needs to adjust, that is usually for intakes.

    Hey man,

Nope you don't have to at all. Some people just like to, but unless they get a custom tuner like a Gryphon, Xcal 2 or 3 ect, they do not get the full gains. You will have no issue with just the exhaust. I had my maggie set-up for 4 months before I did the DWV intake mod. I am hoping to get my truck custom tuned very soon so I see nice gains and better shifts ect. If I were you and wanted an intake, I would get the exhaust and then save for a intake and tuner so you can get the gains at the same time. Let me know if you need more help.

The straps that hold the bug screen on are small bungee cords. The way I have it mounted, it probably won't move much so I doubt the straps or the bug screen will cause any wear issues. If they do, it's pretty easy to paint over the wear points. Very easy to remove for hosing off. The quality is pretty good, looks like it will last a couple of seasons. The nicest bug screen I've seen is the DIY one in the how-to section, but I never saw any follow ups on where to get the stuff he used for the borders. The DBS screen border is just a neatly folded over section of screen, but it works.

The flaps on my truck are Husky Liners and they fit a little better on the stock truck instead of the Bushwacker Flares. Either the flaps or the film will protect the truck, however the flaps help to keep the sides a little cleaner given the lift and wider tires.

Thanks for the pics...looks great. Curious as to how they routed the pipe on the gas tank side(left)? I was thinking of installing it myself but I'm afraid of getting in a jam.

I bought a Magnaflow catback system. Single in, Dual out (SIDO)...I did post pics of it...I'll see if I can find the thread. I bought the system from Autoanything and had Car-X install it.
