I love the Toyos. They are extremely quiet especially for an MT tire. I don't do much off road travel even though I have a 4x4. Occasionally I do hit the back roads in the Oregon Cascades for photography of fly fishing. The main reason for these tires for me is during the winter months I may have to drive through 9" to 12" of snow. These tires are deeply siped which makes them handle very well on packed snow, rain, or ice, my driving concerns. I do live 28 miles up in the mountains. Living in Louisiana I don't think you have to worry to much about snow or ice. The Toyo AT also look pretty sharp, you may want to look at them if you think the MT won't work. They are not as spendy either. Remember if you do chose the Open Country MTs, they are very heavy and you will notice a hit in your mpg. On the other hand the MTs sure do look nice and I do get a lot of compliments with these tires...

JUS10, Here's some info for you. If you want to respond to a message, click on that person's name, it will take you to their profile and then you will be able to leave a message and receive a response. If you want to address a large group for information go to the d
Discussion Forums. For example your question on a lift kit, Go to the Discussion Forums and go to Suspension. There is a great deal of info there. You can also start a new thread with a specific question. You will find a great deal of satisfaction and knowledge by taking these steps. I know it can be confusing at first but that will pass. Enjoy...

    Later...
