I dont remember seeing a hood/scoop package, but I imagine it would be a whole lot pricier to do it that way if they did.

I purchased the painted scoop and put it on myself. It comes with a template and directions, pretty easy.

It's the Twin Scoop Ram Air Hood by Good Hood, for $650; it's also a functional hood. This is where I purchased it here http://www.sporttruckdirect.com/Good...Air_Hoods.html

Since you there check out their bumper cover and flayers they look pretty cool.

sorry it took so long i was gone for the weekend and just got home. the lights behind the grille were pretty easy to do. i got the lights from wal-mart for 60, paid like 7 for the steel bar and thats all you need. i also got wire loom to make it look a little cleaner which was like 10 bucks. just look at the picks in my profile for how i mounted them.

i was considering those types of scoops but i couldnt pull the trigger on them because i felt they kinda looked cheesy.. i think if you were to go with one of those, buy the Roush scoop.. it's the only one that looks good IMO
