My grille guard is made by Go Industries. I looked a long time before I found the right one. Most are cheap and flimsy and require the tow hooks to be removed. I didn't want that. On the road that I travel the most the deer are out in force at dawn and at dusk crossing it to reach the river for a drink. I can't tell you how many people have had their rigs messed up by the deer. It's made of 1.9" fully welded steel and it's quite rugged. The built in step sure makes it easy to reach the engine. I would do it again in a flash...

Its nice to see someone using their truck for what its made for too. My truck has just been a "city" truck for the first 5 years of its existance. Its about time for me to take it on the back roads and show it what it was born to do :) That grill guard on your truck is the sharpest one I've seen BTW.

Thanks for the compliment... It works for me... My set up works well when trekking around the Oregon Cascades and keeps me linked so I know where I am at all times... It's easy to lose yourself on logging roads...

It's nice to make new friends... Common interests join people together even from opposite sides of the country... Nice SC you have there...
