Is that a 6" Rancho lift?

...Oh one other thing: do NOT go crazy with the spacer. A couple of guys have gone with 2" and up and it angles are so severe that I KNOW they're in for trouble later down the road. Stick with 1" and maybe 1.5", but no higher. Also, when doing our lift, consider putting in new Moog lower ball joints and new Moog upper control arms with greasable BJs...you already got it all apart and this step only adds about 90mins of install time and about $250 but you'll be glad you did this a year from now.

My angles are a few degrees past parallel as it's only a 1" DayStar. I suggest going with an AutoSpring 1.5" with the offset design to prevent the upper control arm from making contact with the coil. Your issue will be leveling the rear. I have about 5" of block plus a 2" lift shackle, but my truck has a slight rake which I need when towing. You can consider going this route or with an add-a-leaf but I've heard the ride is harsh. The best way to get the rear leveled is going with air bags, which I may do sooner than later. Good luck and post pics.

"Hey, did you ever find out what was wrong with your 4wd?
I had the same symptoms you described in a post.
My front right axle spins but doesnt turn the wheel."

What i found was that my IWE had rusted in the unlock postion. i found one on ebay and just changed it out. it all works good now. Changing it out wasn't a bad job.

i have a PDF file for changing it. send me your email address and i can forward it to you if you dont have it already.
