actually i didn't take any of the finished product besides the one you commented on. if yours is wobbling a little bit you can find a way to attach it to that metal support that goes down the front of the radiator. i just used a bunch of zip ties for now to hold it to the support but i have seen some people use a small z shaped piece bolted through a hole thats already in the support.

I purchased my alternator from Moss Motors, a San Diego based dealership that had an online site for Ford trucks... Unfortunately they have discontinued the truck sales... The model is the Motorcraft F1-3G-HD200... Motorcraft also offers a 130 and a 160 amp alternator... Let me know if there is any other information you need about my setup concerning increasing my power usage...

i got two strips of 1/8th in. aluminum from home depot, then cut one in half and bent the two halves into a Z shape. then bolt the bottom part of it to the top of the bumper where there is already two bolts, then just bolt the second strip side ways across the top. it's not too difficult if you just pop the hood and think about it for a while. you could also try typing in grille lights or something like that in the search box for this site and it should find some write-ups on it
