The bumper is a Warn HD Winch Bumper. The part number is 74777, but it will only fit a Super Duty. I bought it on Amazon. Warn does not seem to make one for the F150. The bumper will fit all Warn winches, including the 16.5ti. The winch goes inside the bumper.

ya, you pretty much got it. The zuk was flexed on the tire, so it was super tippy. Tire was on the ground, but with one finger you could rock it back and forth. Cool trick. Wouldn't believe how many people ask how I can do that ! lol

that picture was before the body lift...right now i dont have the brush guard on it. but i am planning on putting it on. the bracket on my truck, the holes are exactly 3" apart so i am going to move the brushguard up to that hole and then drill another hole. i will only have 2 bolts in it then but im not planning on using it to be pulled out or pushing anything so its mostly for looks at this point. but if you need it to be strong for a winch or whatever, it will have to be something custom. when i get a winch, i am going to build a completely custom front bumper that i can put the winch on so it will be strong enough. let me know if you have any more questions.

Welcome to the forum. Thanks for the complement on my truck. I have the 3"body, and the 3"spindle kit on it to go with the 35 " procomps. I am considering buying a F250 but I need to sell mine first if your interested let me know. It only has 88K on it. I live close to county high.
