    Hi Guy
I'm thinking of tinting my brake lights, how do like yours? I think they set off the whole backend of your truck...

I'm doing great now that I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! I'm sure you feel the same way. :)

well... I would go with what the majority says... but I know you can fit them with just a level kit on a 4x4... so I figure you probly have what? a 2 or 2.5" level kit? so you add that plus the 3" body lift and you're looking at 5 - 5.5" of lift - the only thing I would be concerned about would be rubbing the frame at full lock. I was worried about keeping my stock 20s when I lifted my truck and the tires rubbing - plus I didn't want to spend a fortune on tires for 20" rims, so I sold them and got some 17" offroad rims which stick out more. With them sticking out more they rub the front bumper valence (that plastic piece under the bumper) and sometimes the fender flares, but don't come very close to the frame. Point being I personally think its possible... but I dont want you do something to your truck and it not work. But whatever you decide, I hope it works for ya! Oh and don't forget about 34's ;) the 'tweener for the 33's and 35's - BFG is the only tire maker I know of that makes a 34" tire, but only for an 18" rim.

At least you tried and almost made it through, thats more than a lot of people can say. When I worked in the hospital I felt the same way, like I was't doing anything for the "mission." I have since realized though that no matter what job someone does in AF, at least they took the the call to serve their country- something not everyone does or can do, I understand where you are coming from though. If I could do it all over again I wish I would have picked a different job but oh well, Im just trying to make the best out of what I have.

First off, it really blows that you have had a crappy AF experience so far. It's hard not to let people get to you, believe me, I have been in many similar situations. There was a time about a year ago I almost really screwed up so they would kick me out. I then realized though i can't let other people get to me and I want to get in a position where I am a leader so I can show others what a good leader should be. It you were wanting the extreme, you should have been CCT, TACP, or a PJ! On the flip side it's great you have a good job lined up on the outside. You can vent on me anytime! Hope the last few months go by fast for you then...I have 285 more days to go till I PCS!

I can't stand my job but I love the Air Force, so getting out isn't an option for me (I now that sounds cheesy, lol). Plus being a recruiter, people are always coming to me because the outside isn't going too well right now, so they convince me everyday to stay in. Have you thought about cross training or is your mind already made up?

6 more months to go for you and tomorrow I am re enlisting for 6 more! My gas mileage is horrible, I average about 10 mpg. Oh well, I usually only drive it on the weekends and in town. I try to avoid long trips in it.

Hey! Macdill? Must be nice. I'm a recruiter right now but I just found out I will be going to Wright Patt next Jul-back to med group. The black headlights were the biggest PITA! The hardest part was getting the old seal off. I don't think I would ever do it again! What's your AFSC?
