Where did you end up getting the fabric? My local suplier is out and I've got other friends who want me to do their's.......

Remove the headliner from the vehicle. Slowly and carefully remove the factory fabric from the headliner board. I say this because if oyu try to remove the fabric to quickly it will pit or damage the padding. The padding is what you will be glueing it to. (A budy of mine did his and tore his padding off in a hury, caused pits, and now you can see dips in the fabric of his headliner.)
After that you'll want to blow it off with compressed air or vacum it to remove any dust that has collected in the padding. This gives you a better surface to glue to.
I have used several different fabrics but the BEST and easiest to use is 100% cotton "T-shirt" fabric. Make sure it says T-shirt fabris beacuse this stuff is light and very easy to work with. It's got to be able to stretch and contour to the curves of your headliner.
Go to your local autoparts store and find a can or two(usually takes 2 or less no matter which size cab your doing) of spray headliner adhesive. It cost anywhere from $8-$15 bucks. I use the orange can from Advance Auto parts.(can't remember the name of it.)
As far as the fabric.....that's a different story. Try Han**** Fabric right before hunting season or see if they can order it. Or you can try ebay. Just make sure it's 100% cotton "T-shirt" fabric. I can't stress that enough. The fabric should cost about $10 bucks a yard. It takes about 1 yard for a single cab, 1.5 yards for an extended cab, and 2 yards for a 4-door. Be sure to leave about 4 inches of extra fabric at the front and rear of the headliner to rap arounf to the back side. After you have sprayed and laid your glue and fabric let it sit for about 15-20 minutes, then flip it over and spray a caot around the outside edge and fold over the extra 4 inches of fabric for exrta security.
When you buy the can of spray adhesive it will have complete DIRECTIONS of how to use it. "Read Them!" I know how use guys are :)
I use 3 coats of glue starting from light to heavy. Let it dry about 3-5 minutes between each coat. It also helps only doing half the headliner at a time. (front to back)
Take your time smoothing it out and removing any wrinkles and stretching it to the curves and humps on the head board.
After flipping it over and finishing up the backside, cut your holes for your accesories.
Wa La!
It's more time consuming than anything.......
All-in-All the whole job cost under or around $50 bucks.
