hey, If I get the money im going to put an AAL or a block in the rear to help it stay up when i put stuff in the back, it usually doesnt squat, only when I have weight in the back....as far as the nooise from exhaust, i dont have carpet either and its not bad, my tires actually drown out the noise of the exhaust, but even when i had stock tires it wasnt really bad inside once you get into 5th gear unless you realllly get down on it like 75mph+ does it get loud inside, but other than that its not bad

It sounds better in person, but for a v6 I think it sounds darn good! lemme know if you have any questions
