    I welded the brush guard to the mounting brackets roughly 3 inches higher than where it would have bolted up.

    How did you get oyur brush guard moved for the body lift to adjust for the lift and to match how it originally looked?

    Thanks! I don't regret going that big at all, in fact i wish it were a little bit bigger lol. I do use it as a daily driver, but make sure when you do yours that you do a proper gear change to accommodate the bigger tires. I would recommend going with either 4:56 or 4:88 gears, otherwise your milage and power will suffer greatly.

    Very nice looking truck! Quick question for you - do you regret going with that big of a lift combination? Do you use it as a daily driver? I just got a 2001 and am pretty set on the 6" suspension with 3" body and either 37" or 38" tires myself. You truck looks really good - can't wait to start on mine!!
