i actually had mine installed and bought from ford, i know the owner, and he referred me to the shop where they get all their lifts and stuff in from, didnt have to pay install or anything and kept my factory warranty, it was from a local shop that they ordered it from

I have no clue about the mileage yet. The tires are brand new as of april so not very long yet. I have a buddy who has the same tires in a 33 and they are holding up great he says.

Handling wonderfully so far. I have done a little hard packed dirt trail driving and we just had some rains here last week. Good traction all around. They are really quiet for a MT but they do get a little louder as they get older/worn

Have you considered winter tires/rims - or are you in a warm climate?

well, for me theres is no drone until you get on the gas and even then its only between 1700-2200 rpms and then again around 3000 rpms and then its generally quiet. i was told by the muffler guy when they tested it out that it was one of the quieter original 40 inside they have heard. but if you want the same noise level but have less inside cab noise, go with the super 40. its the same exact thing as the original 40 outside but not with the inside noise.
