    Answer to your questions. Both stock and HID bulb can melt the light housing. This happens when any part of the light bulb is touching the housing. A rule of thumb is to keep half an inch of distance from tip of the light bulb and the light housing. Our HID bulb are the same size as the stock halogen bulb.

    I can't answer the strobe light in your foglights. Due tot that's not my product. But I would say half inch rule could also apply to this. I strongly suggest you to contact the seller that sold you those strobe lights.

    Hey man I actually have Rockstars, but they are 18"s in 285/60/18 Toyo A/T's.

    Not too sure on the back spacing, But I have before and after pictures in my photo album that compare how far the rockstars make my tires stick out compared to the stock wheels if it helps.
