Not yet, I'll put some up today, I just ordered 2.5" AS leveling kit, going to put it on this weekend, then I am putting on Toyo MTs (285/75/17) on stock rims for now (I pad $500 for the tires, two brand new, two with like 90-95% tread left on them)...So I can't complain...

My truck came with the receiver where it's currently at. I looked at your pics as you suggested and yours does look unusually low. Honestly, the only way I think you could raise it is by lifting your truck or do some serious welding and cutting. Or you could buy a raise hitch where the ball would sit higher than the receiver. I myself have not towed much either, just a small trailer with a couple quads and a bike as well as my fiance's scion. The truck handled it just fine, even when charging up grades on the highway. I have however used the rear winch (fairleads mount where license plate is) to pull out some tree stumps as well as some trucks, putting the winch under some high stress, and the truck still handled it fine. Having a lift does reduce towing capacity if the lift is large enough, though, because of a higher center of gravity and more stress on the back end so I wouldn't take it to the max. I'm sitting on 11.5" up front, 9.5" in the rear so I keep towing to a minimum. I haven't towed with the truck stock so I don't have anything to compare it to as far as losing towing capability. But hey, if you're ever coming to san diego, I'm sure I could do some welding and cutting to raise that hitch, just bring the beer!

I called road armor and asked them that. They said yes. I'm making this type of bumper on my own, though. I have a 3 inch body lift that I have to account for. I don't know how the shops account for a body lift but I'm going to modify the mounting brackets and also make the vertical dimensions of the bumper a little bit longer so that it hangs down a little more. Are you planning on buying one? I would suggest calling around to get the best deal. Road armor isn't the only company that makes heavy duty winch bumpers. Bump R Boss, Alien Patrol, ARB, Buckstop, Trail Ready, Ironbull are a few. I personally like the look of the road armor and Bump R Boss bumpers for the 04-08 F150. They look exactly the same.

I never really pay that much attention to my MPG. I really don't think the shell makes any difference since it would just extend the air flow that is already being pushed over the cab. If I was to guess I say the shell would make the air stream smoother increasing MPG. I'm sure the lights and rack do make a bit of a drop in MPG.

My average MPG goes between 13 -18 hwy (according to my edge tuner) but I have 4.56 gears, 37's, tuner, cai, and cat back exhaust. I compared it a long while back and it was pretty close to actual. If I stay off the pedal 15-16 is easy to maintain.

It handles really good. If you lift it I would go with a 6", you will wish you had more if you only go with 4". LOL I upgraded from the stock Fabtech shocks to resi shocks. I also trashed the 4" lift block, and installed SkyJacker 5" leaf spring packs on the rear. I have had a lot of people tell me how smooth it rides for being so big.

Yeah, I live in Matthews, NC right outside of Charlotte. I took my truck to the Outer Banks once, and also to Stone Mountain.
