Hello Mitch, no problem. I realize it is not everyone's "cup o' tea", but I really love my truck and I guess that is what really counts.

Regarding the gauges, they are the boost and IAT gauge pod used in the Saleen F-150s.

    Thanks,
    George

Hey there Mitch. In regard to a previous post on your 05 150, did replacing the FPDM stop that problem where you hesistated when accelerating lightly? I have an 06 Mountaineer, and ive begun replacing the COP's but the problem comes back a week or so later so it doesnt seem to be the coils...

Thanks man! I actually wasnt sure how i felt at first having the raised lettering on the outside, but its grown on me and people have said it looks pretty nice! It must be because my paint is white, i dunno, haha. Thanks for the ups about the rims, too, they were actually pretty inexpensive and i drive on the beach like every weekend, so far they have hardly shown any wear whatsoever, but we'll see what salty roads in the winter have to say about that.. Im thinking of getting a saleen grille and putting in real HD heads, too much black and white or do you think it would look okay, your thoughts?? Ur color scheme is bitchin man, truck looks great!

Even how I have mine mounted right now, it still jams towards the bottom. How did you trim the plastic? A dremel with a sandpaper attachment?

Thank you for your respects. I'm actually in Afghanistan right now, and I've been loading my list of things to do to my truck when I get back up.

    Thanks for your help.

Yep yep, if you look at mine in my album it sticks out quite a bit. I see what you did to side plates that mount on the unit. I'll have to see what I can do. I thought the way I put it in is just the way it sits in there. Didn't think I could modify it....but it's only plastic haha.

Yeah I used Nite-Shade on those headlights and then cleared them. Tried to do a Harley style in a way. Then sanded them and polished them real good. I've cleaned them up even more since that pic and they look even better I think.

    Hey Mitch,
Sorry you're having issues with your truck, never fails murphys law seems to strike when ya can least afford it. The grille is matte finish black pretty much the same as what you prior had before you painted yours white?? (I assume that's what you had done.) I've never been one for the H grill, but your truck being white looks awesome with the H grille also in white. Best of luck to you with your truck issues, hope Mr. Murphy finds somebody else to pick on.
    Cheers
    Rhonda

    Hey Mitch
Just looked at your truck, and it's very nice. I was wondering if you'd be interested in a 2007 H type grille? It's black FX2 per the auto repair joint. I've got one that was on my truck for like ten minutes. It's brand new, the auto repair place put it on. I had a new aftermarket grille as a Christmas present. The hubby hit a deer and demolished the old grille. I thought I would ask before I put it on the classifieds. If you're interested let me know, I'd take 120$ or whatever is neg. with you. I've never shipped anything so if shipping is reasonable i'll cover it, if it's gonna be huge I'd be willing to half it or whatever.
Let me know if you're interested
    Rhonda
