thanks, I took your advice, i ran into an issue but that due to an issue with a torque wrench. Anyways, Did you take the 6 flange bolts out like the manual says? I can't break them loose. Is there any trick to it?

Skywalker, I would replace both if you have one bad. I would not drive it on dry pavement in 4wd, at all. If you have one locked (engaged) fix it before you drive it. The lack of slip on dry pavement can cause a whole lot more issues. I would definitely not drive it a hour on pavement.

    Hello sir,

Is it possible to get the PDF file for installing the iwe acuator? Email is chad.walker3@yahoo.com

Should I replace both right away? My driver side is locked in 4x4 right now. also my girlfriend has to drive an hour on friday to deliver somthing should she just lock it in 4x4 and do 55mph to whole time?

    Thanks,

    Chad

hey dude, got a question for ya, i am helping the father-in-law replace and actuator on his truck and was wondering if you have to take out the cv to replace the actuator or can you remove and replace the actuator with the cv still in place?
