Well, I know the FX4 shocks are stiffer than regular 4x4 shocks and regular 4x4 shocks are stiffer than 2wd shocks,so going with a stock 2wd shock should be a lot smoother and softer than what I have now.

I also know that I don't bottom out now with fx4 shocks on and 3" lower in the back, so going with the shorter 2wd shocks can't hurt anything.

If you go with the belltech drop shocks, let me know how they ride. I'm on the fence between them and the OEM 2wd's, they are about the same price around here.

I'm still running the stock FX4 shocks and they ride kinda rough. I'm thinking about putting in a set of 2wd shocks in the rear, they're shorter and have a softer ride.

Hey Al, now that you have your drop done, what is your final measurement from the top of the tire to the wheel lip? It looks like you have a little bit of a rake, so I'm guessing your about 3 3/4 F and 4 1/4 R

I'll have to go out and measure it when the weather is nice enough, and I'll let you know.

My 05 had 3 also, so I highly doubt they went with four in 06, then back to 3 in 07

I've been busy all week and I haven't had a chance to check on shipping costs for the sub. Give me your shipping address and I'll send it out tomorrow. $40 bucks is fine. I also need your e-mail to send the paypal request to.

Also, does it have to be shipped USPS? I normally use FedEx.

I use #74 led for the cluster, and surface mounted LED's for the switches. it takes me 10-12 hours to do a full swap, they have to be unsoldiered, and the new ones soldiered in. they have to be installed the corect way or the next one wont light, like x-mas lights. after I install eack one I take it to the truck and test it.... The tricky part is gettign the old ones off without breaking the foil trace that the led gets it's power from. I've done a few swaps for people and I get 250-300 for a full swap. I even send you loaner parts to use so you can drive your truck while I do the swap. I also change the a/c panel face (auto) and the radio display also to match the LED color. I made custom needles for my cluster so they are blue as well.
