Yes it was a direct replacement, part # 5L3Z-7213-T

On the mark LT handles, the button pivots in on the bottom, on the early F-150 handles, (04-06) the button slides in evenly top to bottom. In 07 ford changed the shifter in the 150's to match what is in the LT's. So the LT handle like I have is a direct bolt in on 07-08 150's, if you have an 04-06, then major internal modification to the handle is needed to make it work. Of course, you could always swap in an entire shifer tower out of an LT or an 07-08 150 into an older truck and then the LT handle would be a simple bolt on.
