ECU upgrade vs Factory Tech/PSP Accumulator Shift Kit

Does anybody have information on an ECU upgrade vs Factory Tech/PSP Accumulator Shift Kit? How about installing both?

Cool soap

Too bad the search doesn't work or you would be able to find plenty of this information...

Here's one link I book marked.... Factory Tech Shift Kit Rocks! Vid and Sound inside! Check it out!

I think you'll find that the overwhelming consensus is the shift kit... specifically the valve body...

Haven't done it myself but have had many dialogs with Gregg and others and this is the way to go... except for maybe the MONSTER BOX... which at 1,700... it's quite the bargan...

IMHO

What does it take to install the Factory Tech Shift kit? I also want to know about the Monster Box. If this is a complete upgrade for the truck, it might be worth doing, instead of tuning up the stock system.

Its pretty easy to install the Factory Tech Valve body. The monster box is a complete tranny swapout....

Feast you eyes on the MONSTER BOX!

Should be in the beast this week, can't wait! Its the ultimate tranny upgrade, with a PI converter too!

Can you give me the status on the Monster Box? How does it compare to the standard tranny? (I'm still gathering data on what the exact confguration of my new Lightning is).

The Factory-Tech valve body is a very easy (messy) install. Well worth the money. Good mod to do early on. Your trans will thank you.

RTKILLA:

I noticed the hood modifications on your Lightning. Do you have a blower or RAM air system in there? The hood looks really nice that way.
