I picked up a 2000 L back in may this year. The truck had an oem reciever that the previous owner removed prior to my buying the truck. I picked up a reciever at a local pull a part. I bought the dual plug, 4pin blade, and round rv plug from Oreilly. It plugs directly into the harness on the truck. Upon inspecting the fuse block under the hood. There were no charge relays or fuses. I added them and still no power at my plug.

Is there a diagram or flow chart I can follow to diagnose my problem? Been doing some reading and seems guys have just installed the relays and or fuses.
