The fastest I have driven her is 115mph. I rode shotgun in her with a State Patrol SGT. buddy of mine to 120mph. I figured rather than me get a ticket or spend the night in the pokey, it would've been fun watching him explain to an officer if he got stopped.

p.s. After he made that run in her, he told me the L would outrun his patrol cruiser unit, as it shuts down around 135mph. because of the tire rating.

I've seen what was suppose to be stock 01 except for a K&N panel filter run 13.31 @ 104 (570 mile on it) 3 weeks ago.

Last Thurs. I saw a red one run 14.5 (200 mile on it) and a silver one with what might have been E/T streets on the back run 14.14. It was muggy and hot.

I ran a 13.57 @ 100.99 in my 00 L with chip, filter, 90mm MAF, T/B and electric fan.

I don't about the silver one but the other two 01's could stand a few more miles on them to loosen up.

 

Took mine to the track last friday night,temp. was 85-90 and high humidity. I had 800 miles on the odometer and the only mods I have are the JDM chip and a k&n panel filter. Ran a 13.547 @ 102.28 BOTH TIMES!! I think once the air gets cooler and I get a few more miles on her,she'll be in the low 13's. And with the pulley I have ordered, maybe high 12's!! There was a 01 SS Z28 there and the best time he ran was a 13.7. He had a k&n and "free mods" whatever that is.

Thats moving for a new truck with only 800 miles on the clock... Good run.

My best so far with bad conditions and all stock was a 14.440, Hope the next T&T is a little cooler around here.
