Just bought a '99 Lightning and seats are shredded. Would really like to replace with OEM or OEM duplicate upholstery. Anyone have information as to where to locate new seat upholstery? Or, alternatively, an upholstery shop that makes duplicate OEM upholstery for the Lightning. Any help would be deeply appreciated.

I think your best opTion is to buy a complete replacement seat set. Often seen on eBay. The trick is to deal with the shipping costs.

Have you thought about http://www.wetokole.com/. I bought a set for my 2002 Lightning. They fit like a glove and are very durable. My factory seats where in great shape and I wanted to make sure they stayed that way. The nice thing about these covers are they are not going to wear on the factory suede so it will stay looking fresh.

 

I've been searching for years. a friend told me he found some the other day. he's sending me a sample. hopefully it finally is. I will let you guys know.
